Hailey Conley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, majoring in Management, from Mount Saint Vincent University. Hailey has over 8 years of experience in customer service from a diverse range of industries. As Sales Development Representative, Hailey manages inbound & outbound leads from across North America. Hailey worked in the retail and tourism industries doing customer services, sales, and website design before joining the Global Courseware team in the winter of 2020.

Hailey works directly with Seth Rozee. Her typical day is having effective and meaningful conversations with leads and clients to provide customer service and support who have inquired about our company and its offerings.

In her spare time, she can be found exploring the beach, adding to her tropical plant collection, or learning about local history.
